Council on Aging is a private not-for-profit organization providing services to seniors of Volusia County, Florida. The Council
on Aging has been helping seniors deal with changes since 1967 and acts as a "gatekeeper" of most elder services in the surrounding
communities.
All services are available through private pay. Government subsidized programs have specific health or income qualifications
and are subject to funding limitations.
